“Your existence first, say no to silence”, is the tactic that the Colombian Institute of Circle of relatives Welfare (Icbf) will put into effect in municipalities with Building Techniques with a Territorial Way (PDTE) equivalent to San Diego, Becerril, L. a. Jagua de Ibirico and Agustín Codazzi.
