“I felt overwhelmed”, María Fernanda Aristizábal opens up about the Challenge

María Fernanda Aristizábal She is remembered by many thanks to her titles such as Señorita Colombia and Miss Universe Colombia, specifically the latter since she left the tricolor high in the most popular pageant in the entire world. After this the question was what would be the next step to take in her promising career, since it was nothing more and nothing less than The challengejust in the edition that marks the 20th anniversary of this program so loved by Colombians.

KienyKe.com He interviewed the Quindiana to learn more details about this new experience and her next plans. To begin with, she recalled that she always wanted to get into Colombian television, however, she was not very clear about how to get the opportunity, until she received a message that would change her life:

“I was simply on a trip with my friends in Mexico, I was completely disconnected and I received it through Instagram, which I found very curious because normally one receives opportunities of this type through WhatsApp, but I receive the message from the Challenge page, they tell me that They want to interview me, when can we call each other, Our instinct sometimes tells us that it could be something false, I don’t want to get involved in strange things, but no, I decided to believe at once. and I told them that we’ll talk tomorrow. The next day I spoke with one of the Desafío producers and to make a long story short, I was simply in Bogotá, at the channel, they did the interview and the casting, on that same day I was super prepared, determined to win it and That same day they told me “yes, for us it is a yes. You make the decision, yes you can, yes you want to’, and I ‘of course, you don’t even have to think about it, I’m very prepared’”.

Of course it is a joy for María Fernanda Aristizábal to be able to work for the program most watched by Colombians, however, as expected, it was not an easy task to accomplish:

“It’s a challenge from start to finish, when I said yes, we knew it was going to be difficult, but you don’t realize the pressureof the responsibilities you have until the moment you arrive and start recording, because there is an immense team doing everything in the best way, putting all their effort, their love into a program that is turning twenty years old and that is widely seen by Colombians, so at the same time that role that is mine, of being a happier woman, closer to the participants, is a lot of responsibility because it is how you infect the participants with your joy so that they relax, so that they enjoy the Challenge and that not everything is the tension of going to compete.”
