Simon Sadiq, the popular hero of the new generation, came to the Eid program of Jago News. Popular presenter and filmmaker Debashish Biswas chatted with him in the event titled ‘Eid Special Jago Tarka’.

Simon talks about various aspects of his childhood and film career in the program which lasted for more than half an hour.

In the ‘Eid Special Jago Tarka’ event, Simon recalled his childhood and said, ‘From my childhood, I felt that I would always roam freely. I had no goals or purpose in life. I always wanted to roam freely. I first moved to Dhaka because of wanting that freedom. After that I also went to Chittagong.’

Simon left home angry because of various family rules and regulations. In that context, he said, ‘The matter of leaving the house in anger probably happened in 2000. I liked to walk like this. I didn’t like bothering about anything. Be it in any sector. Family members are pressuring me to study a lot. I know it won’t be given to me. There is no use in forcing it.’

Simon Sadiq won the National Film Award for Outstanding Performance. Meanwhile, Simon has recently completed work on the government-funded movie ‘The Tale of the Dodo’. Her heroine in this movie is Parimani. The latest Simon Sadiq starrer ‘Shesh Baaji’ released earlier this year.

Meanwhile, this hero appeared with the movie ‘Lal Saree’ on Eid last year. This time also his starrer ‘Maya, The Love’ was released on Eid. Shabnam Bubli is Simon’s heroine in this movie directed by Jasim Uddin Zakir. Apart from this, Anisur Rahman Milon, Roshan and others acted in the movie.
