How to reduce the risk of premature death

Scientists from Soochow University in China conducted a study that shows that drinking two to three cups of coffee a day can significantly reduce the risk of premature death from various diseases, especially among people who lead a sedentary lifestyle. The study was published in the journal BMC Health, Liter.kz reports.
