The Anses support program for unemployed people provides a monthly payment for those who have been fired without just cause. The process can be started from the administrative entity’s website and offers family allowance and reinstatement to the social security to which the employee belonged before his/her dismissal.
Anses credits of up to $5,000,000: how to calculate the installments
On its website, Anses specifies: “You can apply for this benefit if you were fired without just cause, due to termination of contract or for reasons beyond your control, as long as you have been working in an employment relationship included in the Employment Contract Law No. 24,013.
How to apply for unemployment benefits from Anses
The first step to start the process is to gather all the personal and family documentation requested by Anses. Then you must enter the Virtual Assistance page with your CUIL and Social Security Code. If you do not have one, you must create one before starting the application.
If you do not have computer resources, the application can also be started in person from an Anses office. To do so, you only need to make an appointment at the nearest office.
The benefit lasts between two and 12 months. The contribution is calculated based on earnings and months worked with contributions during the last three years. Workers who are over 45 years old have an age benefit and can receive the payment for up to six more months.
