The hourly wage for babysitters and adult caregivers varies depending on the type of contract, especially whether or not the worker has retired. In February 2024, the established amounts are $1,528 per hour for those with withdrawal and $1,708.50 per hour for those without this option.
For those under a monthly scheme, salaries in February remain at the same amounts as in January: with withdrawal: $193,217 and $215,320 without withdrawal.
It is important to note that these amounts do not include possible additional benefits for seniority, retirement contributions and social security contributions, which must be considered by the employer when making the payment.
