Boiled potatoes – 3
Paneer, grated – 1/2 cup
Gram flour/flour – 4 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander – chopped
Salt – as per taste
recipe:
To make Paneer Balls, first take a vessel and grate boiled potatoes in it. Then add black pepper, salt and green coriander leaves and mix. Now add grated cheese to it and add sifted flour or gram flour on top and mash all the ingredients well. – Now take a little mixture on your palms and prepare round balls.
– Now put oil in a pan and keep it on the gas to heat. When the oil becomes hot, drop 5-6 balls at a time and fry them on medium flame. – While frying, keep turning the balls occasionally. Keep in mind that all the balls have to be fried until they turn golden. – After frying the balls, take them out in a plate. Similarly, fry all the balls prepared from the mixture. Delicious paneer balls are ready for breakfast. It can be served with tomato sauce or green chutney.
