The issuance of the Ministry of National Education, First Education and Sports a note informing the administrators of the regional academies of education and training with its intention to organize a training course in “hip hop” and “Burming” for the benefit of physical education professors, Minister Muhammad Saad Barrada to parliamentary accountability.

In this regard, the parliamentary advisor on the National Labor Union team in Morocco, Khaled Al -Sitti, asked a written question to Minister Barrada, asking him about his conception of “the role of these materials in consolidating values, strengthening the basic competencies, achieving the desired quality, and limiting the decline in the academic level and from the growing phenomena of violence and school waste?”.

The same parliamentarian also asked, as part of the written question read by the electronic newspaper Hespress, about “ways to improve the training directed to professors in physical education and basic Olympic sports?”

The ministry called in a memorandum of the director and managers of the regional academies of education and training, the proposal of two frameworks (inspector/train) of the physical sport subject to benefit from a training course in “hip -hop” and “Burning”, on the basis of sharing the training that is later learned with professors at the regional and regional levels.

The memorandum signed by Abdel Salam Mili, Director of the School Sports Uppering Directorate, indicated that this course is organized by the Directorate in partnership with the Royal Moroccan Federation for Athar Sports, Physical fitness, hip hop and similar methods, and in cooperation with the Royal Moroccan University of School Sports.

It is worth noting that the memorandum does not require the integration of the two sports mentioned within the sports scheduled in the curriculum of physical education.

The memorandum, as Hespress, also caused controversy and division among the educational and interested actors; While some of them rejected it with the justification of “the possibility of its implementation of repercussions on the morals of the students,” others defended it as “the student remains free to practice or not practice it, since it does not fall within the curriculum of physical education”, and that “the integration of any sport remains positive if it has health and psychological benefits on the school.”
