Mr. Son said that after many years, the education sector has learned many lessons. Firstly, every step from exam regulations, exam organization, exam supervision, deciding on exam question creation and grading methods must ensure quality, reliability, fairness for candidates, reduce pressure on candidates and reduce costs for society.
Second is the attention, leadership and direction of leaders at all levels from the Prime Minister to sectors and localities and the coordination of other levels, educational agencies, ministries and branches in the locality, and exam invigilators.
“There were times when we had limitations and shortcomings, but with the attention of all levels, when shortcomings occurred, the role of the locality was increasingly enhanced, and the organization of the exam went better.”Mr. Son shared.
Third, the responsibilities of the Ministry of Education and Training, ministries, localities, exam invigilators and relevant people are all clearly defined.
Fourth is the responsibility to train and educate those who take the test in all stages from creating test questions, protecting, supporting, and educating students about high-tech incidents. Students’ awareness and perception will help reduce this problem.
Finally, the inspection and examination work is strict, regular, and serious, helping the organization of the exam from beginning to end to go well. This year, there were no significant incidents. There were a few mistakes, but the Ministry of Education and Training directed the locality to handle them promptly. The remaining incidents will continue to be monitored and closely followed for handling.
