A habit to break in the bathroom

The physiotherapist also provides advice to preserve the health of the pelvic floor: sit comfortably, with your feet completely flat on the floor or on a stool, and in a position that relaxes you. Optionally, you can lean forward and rest your forearms on your legs, relax your stomach muscles, and breathe normally.
