According to the Vrain application (a specialized rain measuring system), the heaviest rainfall on the night of August 22 was recorded in Mai Dinh commune (Soc Son district) at 86.2mm; Lien Mac ward (Bac Tu Liem district) at 66.8mm; Vong Xuyen commune (Phuc Tho district) at 59.6mm; other locations exceeded 40mm.
