It is recalled that the OSE confirmed a relevant publication of the newspaper “Ta Nea”, according to which on December 23 two passenger trains 1313 (Kiato – Piraeus) and 51 (“Silver Arrow”, Thessaloniki – Athens), they almost ended up on the same line in Acharnes, after violating a red light.

As reported by OSE, the incident happened in his area Western Railway Center of Acharna (SKA)at the point where the Suburban line from Kiato converges with the descent line of the railway axis from Thessaloniki to Athens.

OSE, according to what has become known, informed the Railway Regulatory Authority (RAS) about the incident, while all the prescribed procedures have already been initiated.
