Hamas representative continues lying

However, when questioned about Hamas’s role in the suffering of Palestinians in Gaza, Hamdan deflected questions and called the October 7 massacre, which sparked the war in Gaza, a “reaction against the occupation.”.

Hamdan dismissed reports of statements by the leader of Hamas, Yahya Sinwar, in which the latter would have mentioned that the tens of thousands of deaths were “necessary sacrifices”. He also denied claims that the recent rescue operation of four hostages by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) resulted in the deaths of three other hostages, without providing evidence of this.
