Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan may inform the Russian side about the results of the talks with Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky scheduled for November 19, if a positive result is achieved.

According to the publication’s sources, Zelensky will meet with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and US President’s special representative Steve Whitkoff.
“Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan may personally inform Moscow of the results of the talks, including a prisoner exchange. Moscow is not sending anyone to the meeting,” said one of Bloomberg’s sources.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Ukraine is preparing to intensify peace talks. He is visiting Turkey for this purpose. US President’s envoy Steve Whitkoff is also on the way. The Kremlin has announced that the Russian side will not participate in these negotiations. Moreover, Moscow has not received any proposal to resume the process.
