Government confirms Housing Bonus of S/37.300 to new beneficiaries
Now the police and military personnel, contributing to the military and police housing funds, will also be beneficiaries of the bonus of the good payer (BBP). The new legal norm was published yesterday and modifies Law 29033, Law on the creation of the Bonus of Good Pagador (BBP), in order to include these as beneficiaries.
In this way, articles 3 are modified; 4, literal a); and 5 of Law 29033, Law on the Creation of the Bonus of Good Payer, specifying that “They will be exclusive beneficiaries” of the BBP those who have fulfilled the punctual payment of their obligations in front of the companies of the National Financial System, the Military and Police Housing Funds and the Cooperatives of Savings and Credit that only operate with their partners and that are not authorized to capture resources of the public or operate with third parties, as a consequence of the Mivivienda credit.
Thus, for this new group with Peruvian families, the usual requirement for the BBP is also included, which is with family income qualification as a credit subject issued by (in this case) the funds
of military and police housing.

BBP amounts
As is known, the bonus or BBP bonus is an aid of the State that is granted to people who acquire a mortgage loan through the New Mivivienda credit program. Thus, with the bonus you can finance the purchase of a home (finished, in construction or project) and access a subsidy that reduces the monthly fees to pay those who requested the credit.
Thus, the ranges of the value of the bonus of good payer, which now can access police and military with their credits, depends on the amount of the house.
For homes from S/68 thousand 800 to S/98 thousand 100 you can receive S/27,400 bonus, commonly. But that can rise in case of sustainable housing, the initial integrative bonus, or the sustainable integrative bonus, the latter of S/37 thousand 300 (which is the highest value that can be accessed, depending on the original price). While the price of housing rises, the amounts of the BBP decrease to which it can be accessed.
FINANCING
Sustainable housing is a “Traditional housing funded with programs and/or financial products administrator by the FM and that has taken into account its conception and execution, among others, criteria of water and energy efficiency, of bioclimatic design, waste management, use of echo materials and that contributes to urban support in its environment.” A traditional housing is a single -family or housing home that is part of a multifamily or fifth joint building, financed with program and/or financial products administered by the FMV, layers of satisfying basic needs of which they inhabit. In the case, the house has an independent parking and/or deposit, the value of the house is the sum of the housing values and the respective real estate units, the Mivivienda fund will admire and grant the BBP through the companies of the financial system, the military and police housing funds or of the savings and credit cooperatives.
Term for validity
But a step is still missing. In the norm it is provided that the Executive powerthrough the Ministries of Defense and Interior, within 30 business days, counted from the entry into force of this law, adapt the Regulation of Law 29033, Law of Creation of the Bonus of the Good Payer, approved by Supreme Decree 003-2015-Vivenda. Likewise, it is provided that the Executive Power adapt the regulations that correspond to the modifications provided in this Law, within 30 business days, counted from its entry into force.
