A decree appointing the 7 interim ministers was taken yesterday by the Council of Ministers. These are the Minister of Territorial Planning and Decentralization, Naina Andriantsitohaina who is in charge of the interim Minister of the Interior; the Minister of Water, Hygiene and Sanitation, Fidiniavo Ravokatra for Higher Education and Scientific Research; Minister of Health Zely Randriamanantany for National Education; the Minister of Labor, Employment and Public Service Hanitra Razakaboana for Technical Education and Vocational Training; Minister of Foreign Affairs Rasata Rafaravavitafika for Communication and Culture; the Minister of Justice Landy Mbolatiana Randriamanantenasoa for Population and Solidarity; and last but not least, the Minister of Transport and Meteorology Valery Ramonjavelo at Youth and Sports.
