Ghost Disease Strikes Kim Jong-un’s Nuclear Test Site

PYONGYANG – A number of North Korean children living near the nuclear test site Kim Jong-un born without an anus, toes or hands due to a condition dubbed ghost disease.

According to a defector, Lee Young-ran, the terrible disease struck the area near the Punggye-ri test site and killed and physically deformed babies.

Doctors are also said to be unable to detect or treat the disease.

“In Kilju district, people are suffering from this disease and do not know the cause. In hospitals, doctors are also unable to diagnose it and most of the patients die,”

“It is not too drastic to say that giving birth without an anus, toes, or hands is normal in Kilju. In fact, there are patients with various types of cancer in every house,” Young-ran said.

Young-ran’s only son was also among the victims of the disease. He contracted the fever in October 2014 at the age of 27 and died in May 2018.

“A doctor told me that my son had a hole in his lung, measuring 1.5 centimeters to 2.7 centimeters,” Young-ran explained.

Experts believe that radiation is the real cause of this ghost disease transmission.
