After its release, ‘Getting Rich with Ghosts’ has held the top spot at the box office. According to Box Office Vietnam, as of the evening of September 1, the film has earned more than 29 billion VND compared to 16 billion VND earned by the film ‘Hai Muoi’.
The tense “boxing match” between Quyen Linh after 2 decades of absence from the silver screen and Hoai Linh after a period of “hiding” due to private life scandals, received much anticipation.
After 2 days in theaters, “Getting Rich with Ghosts” is topping the box office; on the first day of release, more than 80,000 tickets were sold. As of the evening of September 1, the film has earned more than 29 billion VND (according to Box Office Vietnam).
The film “Getting Rich with Ghosts” also marks the return of Meritorious Artist Hoai Linh. The film’s weakness is that many details are not well exploited, and the character’s psychological journey is still unstable. However, Hoai Linh and Tuan Tuan have a good combination, creating excitement for the audience.

Released at the same time, the film “Hai Muoi” directed by Vu Thanh Vinh, marking Quyen Linh’s 20-year return to cinema, has earned more than 16 billion VND (according to Box office Vietnam), ranking 2nd in box office revenue.
Quyen Linh’s performance in the film brings a lot of emotions to the film. The actor mainly reveals the character’s inner thoughts through his eyes, full of ups and downs and experiences.
However, the film is considered to have safe content, lacking highlights throughout the work. Many viewers believe that the film has not clearly revealed its cinematic qualities, the way it is led, the dialogue and the character’s journey are somewhat dramatic. Quyen Linh’s acting is considered a highlight.
