Germany promises to deliver several patriot missile launchers to Ukraine in a few days

Germany offered to deliver two patriot systems to Ukraine soon after reaching an agreement with the United States that indicates to Berlin as the first to receive more modern systems in return.

As indicated by the German Defense Minister, Boris Pistorius, kyiv will initially receive several pitchers in the next few days, followed by additional components of said air defense systems, which the German army will supply him in a period of two or three months, Reuters collects.

The president of the USA, Donald Trump, announced in mid -July that the invoice of the anti -aircraft weapons destined for Ukraine will be carried out by countries in Europe and that an agreement by value of “billions of dollars” on their supply means that their country will only manufacture the armament, while the Europeans “will pay for it.”

In turn, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported on July 21 that the country’s military had destroyed three patriot launchers used by the Ukrainian troops, as well as a multifunctional radar station AN/MPQ-65, also of American manufacture, which could serve to guide the missiles of this system.
