Gen 5 girl group

Despite the controversy over the age difference of the members, F&F Entertainment’s first Gen 5 girl group – UNIS still debuted smoothly.

UNIS will operate for 2 years and 6 months under the management of F&F Entertainment. At the end of the term, members can sign an extension contract for up to 2 years and continue group activities. The group name contains the meaning of our story starting from Universe, short for “UNiverse Is Starting.”

Bang Yunha (born in 2009) is Korean. Oh Yoona (born in 2009) is a Korean member.

It is known that the group debuted with their debut album “WE UNIS” capturing our diverse emotions with colorful colors. The title song “SUPERWOMAN” is also the group’s debut MV.

Introduced as a song that portrays confident and lovely ambition. SUPERWOMAN conveys the message “Anyone can become their own superwoman if they want to”. Besides, the album has four other songs: “Butterfly’s Dream”, “Whatchu Need”, “Dopamine” and “Dream of girls”.

At the launch, team leader Jin Hyeon Ju expressed: “Finally, UNIS has debuted. A lot of memories are coming back, from the time I dreamed of becoming a singer to competing and being selected in “Universe Ticket”. I will show everyone a great stage to repay the love you have given us.”

Expressing the youthful spirit and strong dream-oriented instinct of her debut album, Elisia said: “We want to become a group loved around the world one day.”

Elisia (born in 2009) is the first member to debut in the UNIS girl group lineup. Member from the Philippines – Gehlee (born in 2007).
