Schrangl: “Written parliamentary question to ÖVP Chancellor Nehammer will be submitted”
Vienna (OTS) – “While ÖVP Chancellor Nehammer loses himself in cheap property propaganda, the housing package threatens to fail administratively,” warned FPÖ building spokesman NAbg. Mag. Philipp Schrangl. “There have been more than enough housing policy headlines produced. Now it is crucial to finally start implementing it. “Unfortunately I don’t see any signals from the federal government here; this lack of action is more like deceiving voters,” said Schrangl, announcing a parliamentary question in parliament.
“Unfortunately, the black-green government’s housing package is increasingly proving to be a “media billion-dollar package”. The countries are not involved in the actual use of the funds. This means that residential construction cannot gain any additional momentum,” criticized Salzburg’s FPÖ housing councilor Martin Zauner.
“In particular, the black-green government does not communicate any concrete conditions as to how and how much money can be collected. “It is therefore to be feared that there will also be legal problems with the federal states’ housing support laws,” said Schrangl and Zauner, calling for a close coordination process.
