The Santa Teresita Hot Springs are the perfect place to rest, relax and spend a weekend recharging your batteries. It is located in the north-east of La Rioja, on the border with Catamarca. Talampaya Park is a destination that international tourists choose to visit for its landscape that seems straight out of a science fiction movie. The reddish views and the enormous walls invite anyone to stay and explore. It was declared a World Heritage Site and a Natural Wonder of Argentina. It is located south of La Rioja, on the border with San Juan.
Laguna Brava Nature Reserve
This is a destination located in the Andes Mountains, 4,300 meters above sea level in the province of La Rioja. The reserve presents a majestic set of natural phenomena to observe: pink flamingos, blue waters, vicuñas and, in the best seasons, a snowy mountain background all come together to delight visitors.
In the department of Santa Cruz, Tama, the Quebrada de Los Cóndores offers spectacular views of the area known as the Riojan plains. It is considered an eco-adventure destination due to its importance for the fauna that inhabits it. Activities such as trekking, hiking, horseback riding and observation of flora and fauna are offered, in which the Andean condors stand out.
