Vienna (OTS) – Sporting highs with “Fit with the Stars”! From Monday, July 1, 2024, there will be a reunion with Andreas Goldberger at 9:10 a.m. on ORF 2 and on ORF ON on the popular ORF fitness program, where the ex-ski jumper invites you to join in with a variety of exercises. Due to the broadcast of the “Plenary Session of the National Council” on July 3, 4 and 5 on ORF 2, “Fit with the Stars” will be shown on these days on ORF SPORT + (and on ORF ON) at the usual broadcast time of 9:10 a.m.
In the new training week, the ORF expert focuses on the mobility of the body. With a mix of preventative mobility and stability exercises and exercises influenced by ski jumping, Andreas Goldberger ensures effective training sessions. The training plan also includes exercises inspired by other sports for strength and strength endurance.
In the week from July 8th to 12th, racing driver, presenter and “Dancing Stars” participant Corinna Kamper will make her debut on “Fit with the Stars” at 9.10 a.m. on ORF 2.
The ORF fitness program “Fit with the Stars” on ORF 2 is available for deaf and hearing-impaired viewers on ORF TELETEXT on page 777 and on ORF ON with subtitles and is also available as video-on-demand.
