Vienna (OTS) – Strengthened with exercise throughout the week at “Fit with the Stars”! Starting Monday, July 15, 2024, there will be a reunion with Bernhard Kohl at 9:10 a.m. on ORF 2 and on ORF ON at the popular ORF fitness program, where the former professional cyclist and “Dancing Stars” finalist invites you to join in with a variety of exercises.
As a cyclist, Bernhard Kohl is targeting various muscle groups in his training program this week, but is following a fixed pattern: mobilizing, activating, establishing balance and strengthening – processes that he has internalized from his sporting career. Preventative stretching and extension exercises round off his units.
The ORF fitness program “Fit with the Stars” on ORF 2 is available for deaf and hearing-impaired viewers on ORF TELETEXT on page 777 and on ORF ON with subtitles and is also available as video-on-demand.
