Today, Sunday (28), the first deaths related to Covid-19 were recorded in the country and an increase in positive cases of the disease.
These cases were announced by the Minister of Health, Silvia Lutucuta, at a press conference, to update data on the disease in the country, as has been usual since the first cases were registered, a week ago.
In addition to the deaths, the Minister announced the registration of two more positive cases of the new coronavirus, increasing the number to seven cases of the disease.
The two deaths were not among the patients registered until yesterday, that is, they are part of new registered cases, whose diagnosis was only made after the deaths had been declared.
The other patients are stable and have mild symptoms.
