Fire in ‘gaming zone’ in Gujarat, 27 including children killed – 2024-05-27 15:04:33

He said, it has been possible to bring the fire under control. But the rescue operation is still going on. It has already been possible to recover the bodies of several people. They have been sent for post-mortem.

A man named Yuvraj Singh Solanki ran the gaming zone. Police Commissioner said that a case is being filed due to negligence in this incident. Further investigation will be done only after the rescue operation is over.

However, the cause of the fire is not yet known. Meanwhile, the fire brigade said that the temporary structures are collapsing. As a result, there was a problem in extinguishing the fire. Several sources said there were many children in the area at the time of the incident. At least 15 to 20 of them have been rescued.

Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel said that municipal authorities and local administrations have been directed for immediate rescue operations. All measures have been taken to rescue the injured.
