He president of the Association of Fonavistas of Peru, Luis Luzuriaga, pointed out that the relatives of deceased Fonavistas are not part of this first delivery of April. They will integrate Reimbursement 2, which will be paid in May.
For the payment of the first refund, the Banco de la Nación will take around two weeks. The Reintegro 2 group, made up of around 400,000 Fonavistas, would leave the last week of May.
“The list of Fonavista heirs comes out starting in May in a second group. Now only those people who are over 80 years old are receiving Conadis, disability and serious illness pensions.”indicated the representative.

Supreme Decree 280-2023-EF explains the procedure that family members or representatives who seek to collect the contributions of a deceased ex-fonavista must follow. The decree establishes an exclusive order of priority, that is, the order of family members eligible to collect the amount assigned to the former contributor (in case a new registry is approved again). The list is the following:
The surviving spouse or member of the de facto union, minor children and children with permanent total disabilities accredited by Conadis.
Children of legal age.
Parents.
Brothers.
In the absence of the persons indicated above, the return corresponds to those who prove that they are debtors of the deceased Fonavista through intestate or testamentary succession.
