A procedural investigation has been launched in Krasnoyarsk into the injury of an 11-year-old child at school, Liter.kz reports with reference to the Telegram channel Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Krasnoyarsk Krai and the Republic of Khakassia.
The investigative authorities received a report of an injury to a student at a school in Krasnoyarsk. The child jumped out of a second-floor window of the educational institution and was then taken to the hospital.
Based on this fact, the Investigative Department for the Oktyabrsky District of the city of Krasnoyarsk of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Krasnoyarsk Krai and the Republic of Khakassia has organized a procedural investigation.
It has been preliminarily established that at about 10 a.m. after the end of the lesson, a fifth-grade student opened a window of a school classroom and jumped from the second floor. The child was taken to the hospital, according to preliminary data, he was diagnosed with a broken leg and a closed craniocerebral injury.
Investigators are currently conducting verification activities aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident, interviewing all eyewitnesses of the incident, school employees and the boy’s parents. The child had not previously been registered with the prevention authorities.
Based on the results of the investigation, a procedural decision will be made.
