– Fenerbahçe continued its preparations with a training session open to fans
DÜZCE – Fenerbahçe, continuing its preparations for the new season at Topuk Yaylası Facilities, held a training session open to fans on the 4th day of the first stage camp.
Fenerbahçe continues its work with two training sessions per day at the Topuk Yaylası Facilities, where it has a camp as part of its preparations for the new season. The training, which started with a warm-up under the management of Technical Director Jose Mourinho, was followed by tactical training on pressing and playmaking in a narrow area. The yellow-navy fans who took their places in the stands also cheered the players, especially Mourinho.
The team then moved to the other field and played an 11-a-side double-goal match in which 3 players were used as jokers.
Due to the increase in air temperature, a short-term irrigation system was opened on the field for the players to cool down. The training, which continued with passing exercises, ended with stretching exercises. At the end of the 1 hour and 30 minute training, the Portuguese coach went to the fans and signed autographs. The players then came to the same area and responded to the fans who supported them with applause. Later, a few players signed the fans’ jerseys.
Alexander Djiku and Bright Osayi-Samuel, whose leave has expired, will work with the team in the second training of the day after their health checks today.
The yellow-dark blue team will continue their preparations tomorrow with training closed to the press.
