In the city of Kukshafen (Lower Saxony), a 17-year-old teenager from Syria turned to the police with a shocking recognition: his father ordered him to kill his older sister and staging this as an accident. According to the young man, his father was in the hospital and directly in the ward told him to kill his sister.
“His voice was sharp and loud. I just nodded to be silent. But my head was clarified: I would never do this,” the teenager said in an interview with Bild.
The next morning, he spoke about what happened to his German teacher, who called the police. Law enforcement officers reacted seriously to the history of the young man: their father was detained at the station when he was waiting for his wife. The police confirmed that the version of the teenager is believable.
“He deserves the highest recognition that the young man in such a difficult and stressful situation finds the courage to contact the police and thereby fighting his own father,” said Stefan Hartman, head of the investigative department of the police of Kukshafen’s police.
Now the man is in the pre -trial detention center, the case is qualified as a murder attempt. The family fully supported the son. Now the mother with eight children is waiting for the decision of the authorities, and the teenager himself is already making plans.
“I want to become a police officer. Maybe I’m still small for this, but I have courage,” he added.
