Father of Luis Andrés Colmenares confessed that he has another son

Colmenares confessed that he recently became a father again. His son, Jorge Camilo, was born on August 11 of this year, marking a new chapter in his life. “Look what I am going to confess to you right now, Luis has been dead for 14 years. I have a one-year-old son, he turned one on August 11 and his name is Jorge Camilo,” Colmenares said.

This act of bringing a new child into the world represents a symbol of rebirth for him, although it also carries a significant emotional burden, given the family history he carries with him.

Luis Alonso explained that the name Jorge Camilo is a combination that honors both brothers. “Jorge Camilo has the name of the two brothers”he said, stressing his desire to continue a family tradition.

Colmenares clarified that his eldest son, Jorge, is aware of the situation and the connection that his name represents, but he acknowledged that he is not sure if his ex-wife, Oneida Escobar, is aware of Jorge Camilo’s existence. “I suppose Jorge must have told him, but since I don’t live in that house, I live alone, I don’t know. I’ve been living alone for seven years.”he commented.

In addition to his new fatherhood, Colmenares has also addressed his personal and relationship situation. Despite not having legally separated from Oneida Escobar, Luis Andrés’ father has formed a new relationship with a woman who resides in Montería, Córdoba.

“I simply left the house for different reasons and from that moment on we lived different lives,” she explained. This detail reveals the complexity of her personal life after the separation and the impact it has had on her emotional well-being.

Colmenares also shared her thoughts on names and respect for family beliefs. She clarified that she decided not to name her new son Luis to maintain respect for his memory and avoid any possible family controversy.

“I respected that it was not appropriate for him to have a son with that name. Jorge could have a son called Luis, it is feasible because that was his brother’s name.”he said.
