We present you this fat burning smoothie packed with vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients:

1 cup chopped pineapple slices

1 year old

1 cup of spinach

1 cup of brewed and cooled green tea

2 pieces of fresh ginger

1 cup of coconut water

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

2 teaspoons of honey

half a cucumber

6-8 fresh mint leaves

Preparation:

1: Place 1 cup of spinach, fresh ginger pieces, 1 cup of brewed and cooled green tea and 1 cup of coconut water in a blender. Mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

2: Then add 1 cup chopped pineapple chunks, 1 chopped green apple, chopped half cucumber to the mixture. Blend in a blender.

3: Add 2 teaspoons of honey and mint leaves. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon. Mix again and enjoy the wonderful drink.
