The fourth concert of Turkey’s largest traveling music festival, Fanta Fest, took place in Gaziantep. Music lovers who showed great interest in the event enjoyed the performances of Tarkan and Ceza.
Tarkan, who recently released his new album “Kuantum 51” after a 7-year hiatus, addressed his fans at his Gaziantep concerts. Tarkan, who opened the concerts with the song “YO” from the album, which he wrote the lyrics and music for, and sang his new songs such as “Darmaduman’ and “Müteşekkir’, was accompanied by tens of thousands of people who filled the venue.

Tarkan, who went on stage saying “Thank you very much for welcoming me as warmly as your weather. I missed Gaziantep so much. How nice to be reunited”, was accompanied on stage by an orchestra consisting of valuable musicians such as Can Şengün (Electric Guitar), Alp Ersönmez (Bass Guitar), Volkan Öktem (Drums), Serhat Ersöz & Matthew Erdem (Keyboard), Ayhan Günyıl, Ateş Berker Öngören (Acoustic Guitar), Faruk Emre Kürklüoğlu, Ozan Öztürk (Vocals).
“We all discharged ourselves together tonight”
Tarkan, who took the stage for the third time due to the intense demand of his fans, said, “We all discharged ourselves tonight. It wouldn’t have happened without you and my valuable musician friends who shine on this stage. I love you very much.”
Ceza addressed the crowd in Gaziantep by saying, “Today, we are looking at the most beautiful sea view in the world. Our festival excitement continues, we are very happy to be together.” In response to the enthusiasm of the Gaziantep audience, Ceza said, “It is a great pleasure to be in front of the most beautiful audience in the world with the best orchestra in the world. They say Antep is hot, but the warmth here is thanks to you.” In addition to Sus Pus and Yerli Plaka, Ceza also sang his songs Maytap and Sonu Yok from his eagerly awaited new album Yatay Zeka, which surpassed 1 million streams in its first week of release.
“We young people love such events very much”
Art-loving young people wanted more events like this in Gaziantep. One of the young people, Rukiye Altuntaş, said, “We came here to have fun. I think it will be great. I came as a listener of Ceza, but we also love Tarkan. We are eagerly awaiting their stage performances.”
Berat Can Ermayası also said, “We came to participate. We wait for him every year. They organize wonderful events. It is a very fun and beautiful environment. I came to the festival for Tarkan.
