Vladimír Kruliš, the former head of the castle protocol, brought a bouquet from him and also his wife Ivana (59) to the singer’s grave in Prague’s Malvazinky in the morning (42), who is now Chancellor of the Czech National Bank. The ribbon of the wreath was in the national colors.

All the visitors were pleasantly surprised that the singer’s family had the surroundings of the grave repaired, the path is covered with gravel and the gardeners planted beautiful hydrangeas around it during the weekend.

They still have some finishing touches ahead of them. “I called the members of the fan club at 11 a.m. today to pay our respects to Káj’s memory together. We lack power,” the head of the fan club, Alena Hájková, told Blesk. “But we meet regularly, not just today,” she added.
Paper bouquet
One of the Slovak fans brought a box with a large paper flower to the grave, inscribed with the names of Slavík’s songs and stuck in a pistachio. The fans then moved from the grave to Café Seminář in Malá Strana, where the singer liked to go. Most of them celebrated his short-lived birthday with beer, which he liked very much, and the fans listened to Slavík’s songs performed by singer Míla Hartman. The fan club stayed together until the evening hours.
On the day of Karel Gott’s 85th birthday, many fans went to his grave.
