«I loved it because it is the first time I worked with Latin collaborators. I used to play songs from my childhood with American producers and writers, but this is the first time I was able to share those memories and songs with other Latinos, and They made this process of writing in Spanish and making songs that honored my Cuban and Mexican roots authentic.«, described Cabello very excited.

Among the most anticipated collaborations is that of Ed Sheeran, English singer and performer of ‘Perfect’, who has started experimenting with Latin artists like J Balvin and who now accompanies Camila in one of her songs on this new album, regarding this musical union.

Cabello assured that he had “the same philosophy with the collaborators and producers of the album, people who I felt were good people and with which I could tell my honest truth without shame, without having to pretend that it was a performance.

He then also said that “Ed Sheeran is someone that as an artist I have admired for a long time and is a great influence on me, but also as person who is a great friend to me and being able to be in the studio and write with him was a very nice experience«.

The artist also referred to her collaboration with the Cuban artist Yotuel in the song Lola, which for her has a great connotation to the situation that this country has had to go through on a political and social level.

«For me this is a song that was inspired by what is happening and has been happening for more than 50 years in Cuba and I also believe that it has happened and is happening in different countries where There is a lot of corruption and people who are very talented do not have the opportunities they deserve. and for me Yotuel is someone who started the ‘daring’ movement and singing that song to the Cuban people was special,” said Camila very excited.
