Many other people are seen dressed as ghosts in the video. Some people are sharing this video and claiming that this video is from Gujarat.
Vishvas News found in its investigation that the viral video is from Karnataka. Actually, some artists in Udupi district of Karnataka did this to draw attention towards the bad condition of the road and the same video is being shared as being from Gujarat. This video has no connection with Gujarat.
