The Formula 1 presented its 2025 calendar of 24 races with important changes compared to what was seen in the current season, the first of them the inaugural race with the Australian Grand Prix returning to its historic position at the opening of the campaign, this while the Mexican Grand Prix maintains its classic dates in what will be, until now, its last year of contract.
The category unveiled next year’s program with Melbourne hosting the first date from March 14 to 16 followed by the Chinese Grand Prix from March 21 to 23. Japan will be the third competition taking place from April 4 to 6.
He Mexico City Grand Prix It will be held from October 24 to 26. 2025 will be the last year of the three-season renewal agreement that was extended after the covid-19 pandemic with the promoter CIE, however, the possibility of a new extension is being worked on.
The competition at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez is part of the American final quartet starting with the United States Grand Prix in Austin from October 17 to 19, followed by Mexico, Brazil (November 7 to 9) and Las Vegas (November 20 to 22).
Since Ramadan is estimated for the month of March, races in Muslim countries have had a change. Just as in 2024 they were the first dates and forced a start of the season at the end of February to avoid crossing with the religious holiday, now they move to the month of April with Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

The European season will begin from May 16 to 18 with the Imola Grand Prix in what will also be the first triplet of consecutive races followed by Monaco (May 23 to 25) and Spain from May 30 to June 1.
For 2025, no races will be added to those already known and the campaign will close from December 5 to 7 in Abu Dhabi.
