Ethnosport Culture Festival kicks off in Istanbul

On June 6, the VI Ethnosport Culture Festival begins in the capital of Turkey, Liter.kz reports with reference to Anatolia.

The event, organized by the World Ethnic Sports Confederation, will take place on the territory of Ataturk Airport. The festival will bring together participants from 30 countries and will last until June 9.

“Guests of the sports festival will be introduced to the traditions of various nations, national cuisine and crafts. Master classes will also be held. Visitors will be able to take part in various events for free,” the source says.

The festival program includes events that will be of interest to visitors of all age groups. Planned events include equestrian and wrestling performances, stage performances, concerts, and equestrian and archery performances.

A special program has been prepared for children and people with disabilities.

The festival will also include a presentation of Karabakh horses and a photo competition organized by the World Ethnosports Confederation in collaboration with the Turkish Federation of Photographic Arts.
