“The gallery is increasingly interested in researching and showing the body and soul of works by artists from both sides of the Atlantic Ocean and the African continent, including Angola, and, in this event, we will exhibit works from Angola, São Tomé and of Brazil”, he said.
According to the program, for the 2019 edition, the fair’s organization plans to introduce two new sections, namely “Gallery LAB” and “MAX”.
In the “Gallery LAB” section, galleries and hybrid spaces from the continent, it is expected to bring together participants for an annual conference for collaboration, discussions and sharing of best practices.
In the “MAX” section, the first in Africa, attention will be dedicated exclusively to the display of large-scale installations, which can be difficult to display in a normal environment.
