Hiring and leaving forms (E3, E5, E6 and E7) with a reference date within the time period of the shutdown will be submitted late
From Friday June 7th from time 15:00 up to Monday, June 10 and time 15:00, employer users will not be able to log into its e-Services business portal PS. ERGANI, due to a necessary planned infrastructure upgrade of the Social Security Electronic Governance (EDIKA) of the Ministry of Digital Governance, which will be carried out during the above period.
As mentioned in the relevant announcement, the recruitment and resignation forms (E3, E5, E6 and E7) submitted to PS. ERGANI with a reference date within the time period of the shutdown, will be submitted on time within one calendar day of the resumption of operation of the P.S. ERGANI.
The overdue submission of the above forms, as well as the non-submission to PS. ERGANI of the other forms of competence D.Y.P.A. and Labor Inspection with a reference date within the time period of the interruption will not carry over sanctions.
