The “Eleftherios Venizelos” airport set a new profit record for 2023, once again justifying the intense reactions to the government for the sale of the silver coins of the State.

The above sums are indicative of the criminal for the long-term revenues of the Government’s decision to sell the 30% held by TAIPED to AIA. An event celebrated by the government through its competent ministers on February 7, when the “El. Venizelos” on the Athens Stock Exchange, formalizing the divestiture of one of the most profitable public organizations. Of this percentage, 10% was initially granted to AviAlliance, making the Canadian fund PSP Investments the majority shareholder with 50%, 1% went to the Kopelouzou family and the remaining 19% to private investors.
