Egyptian Army Denies Cooperating with Israel in Its Operations

CAIRO – The Egyptian Armed Forces “categorically denied” aiding Israel in its navy operations, and insisted there was once “no type of cooperation between the 2 aspects.”

An Egyptian navy spokesperson stated, “The Egyptian Armed Forces categorically refute the claims circulating on social media and suspicious accounts, in addition to any type of promotion that allegedly is helping Israel in its navy operations, in its entirety.”

The spokesman added, “The Egyptian Armed Forces confirms there’s completely no type of cooperation with Israel.”

Previous, Egyptian media reviews claimed a boat sporting guns “en path to Israel” had arrived on the port of Alexandria, which the Egyptian navy denied.
