In Ağrı, 20 finalist teams from the Eastern Anatolia Region in the technology competition organized their abilities with the robotic projects they designed.
With the robotic projects they made in 14 provinces of the Eastern Anatolia Region, the program was organized in Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University 15 July Martyrs’ Multi -Purpose Indoor Sports Hall for 20 teams who passed the preliminary qualifier by passing the preliminary qualification.
Under the auspices of Ağrı Governorship, the third of the “Technology Competition at the Summit of Ağrı” was organized this year in order to encourage high school students to make technological designs in the cooperation of the Provincial Directorate of National Education and Hayrettin Atmaca Health, Education and Technology Development Foundation.
Within the scope of the program, it is aimed to develop the skills of young people in the field of engineering, software and technology and carry it to a professional ground.
Governor Mustafa Koç, in his speech here, the first competition held in Ağrı in 2022, the excitement, labor and production of dozens of young people from 14 provinces turned into a regional technology movement in the third year, he said.
Stating that they are proud of the projects of 20 teams that will guide the future in the fields of engineering and software, Koç said, “These young people did not only design robots, but they also gained the skills we need to need in all areas of life such as problem solving, teamwork, patience and perseverance.” he said.
Emphasizing that there is no loss of the competition, Koç said, “In the light of technology, science and innovation, let’s walk to new summits at every step. The power of national technology move, the excitement of Teknofest and the vision of Türkiye century, the determination of our young people, the vision of our engineers and the courage of our entrepreneurs to the future of the country will be established. he said.
Hayrettin Atmaca Health, Education and Technology Development Foundation Chairman and businessman Adem Atmaca said that such projects are very important and that they are always with young people.
Ağrı Hüseyin Celal Auxiliary Science High School, one of the teams competing with the robotic projects they designed, was the second, Damur Attorney General İhsan Eroğul Girls Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, Elazığ Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School and Iğdır Azer-İshak Yaycılı Science and Art Center.
The first team was given a prize money 100 thousand, 75 thousand to the second and 50 thousand pounds to the third. Television, small household appliances and various gifts were distributed to the participants with the lottery.
