Upazila Hakimpur bordering the border. Paddy chopping competition has already began on this upazila. The employees are chopping the paddies in alternate for straw with out remuneration. This makes each the employees and the house owners satisfied. Farmers will get ready the land for early kinds of potatoes after harvesting the paddy.
Consistent with the resources of the upazila agriculture division, Aman paddy has been cultivated in 8 thousand 117 thousand hectares of land within the upazila. Agam Jatabari paddy has been planted in two thousand hectares of land. Except for this, the objective of potato cultivation on this house has been set at 1 thousand 15 hectares.
It’s been discovered that the farmers of the world are cultivating potatoes upfront in some fields of Hili. Particularly the department of Khattamadhavpara union of the upazila in Madhavpara box close to the financial institution of Yamuna river. Each area on this house is now within the temper of harvesting paddy. Locals named this paddy Jatabari.
Farmer Zahid Iqbal Rana of Madhavpara house advised Jago Information that we’ve got been cultivating Jatabari paddy on this house for nearly two decades. This time I planted this paddy in six bigha land. Paddy manufacturing in step with bigha has been 16-18 maunds. I offered a large number of rice out there on the charge of 950-1000 taka. Through doing this, 3 plants are being cultivated in our box.
Habibur Rahman of the similar house stated, I’ve planted Jatabari paddy in 18 bigha of land. The yield of paddy within the box is just right. I’ve offered about 3 lakh rupees value of paddy. Then again, the employees didn’t must pay any wages. They minimize the paddy of the land in alternate for uncooked paddy straw.
Talked with agricultural employee D.B. He stated, we make a group of 10 folks from the village and minimize the paddy of the area people. In go back, we take the uncooked rice straw and promote it out there. The circle of relatives runs smartly with the source of revenue earned from it.
Every other laborer named Kazem Hossain of Birampur house stated that these days the call for for paintings in our house is low. For this reason we’re right here to reap rice.
