The driver of the van involved in an extreme case of road rage on the E17 has been identified. The federal police reported this to our editors. The identification of the other driver is in full swing, it sounds.
A video on social media showed a recent case of extreme road rage. The images show how a Tesla and a van collided with each other on the E17, repeatedly missing a collision.
The federal police started an investigation after the images were distributed. That quickly yielded results. “The driver of the van has now been identified and will be invited for questioning,” the police said. “The other car is registered in the name of a leasing company, the identification of the driver of that car is now in progress.”
Both drivers risk being summoned to court, where they could be sentenced to a driving ban and a heavy fine. “Road aggression and unsafe behavior do not belong on the road and are life-threatening,” said federal police spokesperson An Berger. “Anyone who witnesses these types of facts should report this to the police as soon as possible.”
