The days follow one another and are similar for Malagasy athletes at the ANOCA Games in Seychelles. For table tennis, in the team tournament, Madagascar achieved a very good double. Among the ladies, the duo Océane Rakotondrazaka-Fitia Rasoanirainy won the gold medal against the Mauritians by three victories to zero. Among the boys, the team formed by Riva Rakotoarisoa and Rhandy Rakotondrazaka captured the gold medal after beating the Mauritians by three victories to zero. In the 3×3 basketball tournament, the Ankoays had a flawless performance. The boys have won three times in as many outings. They won by 21 to 0 against the Mauritians, then by 18 to 3 against the Comorians and 20 to 7 against the Seychellois. In women’s hostilities, Malagasy basketball players are just above the rest. They beat, respectively, the Mauritians (21 to 0), the Comorians (21 to 1) and the Seychelles (21 to 0). For the semi-finals, the girls face the Comorians again and the boys meet the Seychellois. In view of previous results, we are looking towards a Malagasy double in 3×3 basketball. For the beach volleyball tournament, the two Malagasy selections both won the entry victory. The girls beat the Comorians by 2 sets to 0 (21-05 and 21-10) and the men beat the Mauritians by 2 to 0 (23-21 and 23-21).
