Dilan Polat, who announced her decision about her lawyer Hüseyin Kaya on her social media account, thanked Kaya for his efforts.
Polat used the following statements in his post: “We parted ways with lawyer Hüseyin Kaya by mutual agreement. We thank him for his efforts and wish him success in his professional life. It is announced to the public with respect.”

In the operations carried out on November 1, 2023 in 6 provinces centered in Istanbul, 24 suspects, including Dilan Polat and her husband Engin Polat, were detained.
On November 5, 2023, 16 people, including Dilan Polat, Engin Polat and Sıla Doğu, were arrested and a trustee decision was made for the management of 27 companies.
