Deputies of the Pavlodar region digitalized communication with residents

Other regions of the country have become interested in the experience of modernizing the Pavlodar regional maslikhat, Liter.kz reports with reference to 24KZ.

As part of the pilot project, the Pavlodar Regional Maslikhat of the VIII convocation united the efforts of district, city and regional deputies, as well as Majilismen to solve common problems in their constituency.

For the first time, a sector for working with residents was created in the maslikhat apparatus. Every Friday, deputies discuss problems with voters. Personal cards with contacts of people’s representatives are now available in mobile applications.

Thanks to these applications, we reduce the time for deputy requests and, accordingly, the time frame for considering citizens. It is in this that the deputies of the Pavlodar region have stepped forward. Time is saved and the applicant is given small but legal advice,” said the chairman of the Pavlodar regional maslikhat, Ilya Terenchenko.

Two deputy groups were created in the maslikhat. One of them explains the labor rights of workers, especially those employed in hazardous industries.

The new format of work has expanded the presence of the deputy corps on social networks. Audience coverage increased fivefold. The Club of Young Politicians and the Council of Elders have recently been created.

One of the main issues we are raising now is synthetic drugs. That is, there are a lot of problems. Young people become pawnbrokers and use it themselves. We periodically hold conversations with young people. By personal example, we want to show that this is not worth doing, that you need to lead a correct lifestyle,” shared deputy Ilya Mukhortov.

The experience of reformer deputies of the Pavlodar regional maslikhat is already being adopted by their Kostanay and Ust-Kamenogorsk colleagues.
