New twist in the Alain Delon case. Alain-Fabien, younger son of the famous actor, filed a complaint against his sister Anouchka on December 22, 2023 for “abuse of weakness to the detriment of their father Alain Delon”, the Montargis (Loiret) prosecutor’s office said on Wednesday. A preliminary investigation was opened which was “entrusted to the Research Section of Orléans and the Search Brigade of Montargis”, continued the Montargis Prosecutor’s Office.
Alain-Fabien Delon said on BFMTV on Tuesday that he had filed this complaint against Anouchka. “These are the methods of the scoundrels, these are the methods of the mafiosi and now here I am announcing it to you, I have in fact filed a complaint against my sister for abuse of weakness and for an incalculable number of other things because this is not the case But it’s not just that the problem. What is happening is very, very serious,” he said. “I’m sorry, if you were really worried about your father’s health, you would have come for Christmas, you wouldn’t have gone on holiday six times in six months,” he also told his sister.
An increasingly divided family
The Delon family has been divided for more than a week due to the publication of an interview with Alain Delon’s other son, Anthony, on Paris Match in which he provides anything but reassuring news on his father’s state of health. Since then the complaints have multiplied, as have the attacks between Anthony and Anouchka. Alain-Fabien first became involved in the affair on January 7, publishing an audio message of a conversation presented as having occurred between Anouchka and Alain Delon. “They’re burying me and they think you’re an idiot,” Anouchka Delon reportedly declared.
Already in July 2023, Alain Delon’s three children had filed a complaint against Hiromi Rollin accusing her of “moral harassment” and abuse of weakness. Hiromi Rollin, defended by her Me Yassine Bouzrou, claims to have had a romantic relationship with Alain Delon since 1989. The complaints were rejected.
