“Of course it leaves us in a state of defenselessness, since they just closed the doors and by the Decree we realize that the Board of Saltillo 27 will be competent, and with respect to the matters of the IMSS the of Monterrey, those of us who are going to take it are the litigants, particularly the workers and companies residing in this city, where now we are going to have to go to check the matters and process them in a city that is not close at all, we are Speaking of more than 250 kilometers, it will result in unnecessary expense,” he commented.

He pointed out that a very serious point is that the Decree does not establish what is going to happen with the matters that are already in execution or under protection, so there is a vacuum in this sense, so labor lawyers will review the way to express their dissatisfaction with this situation.

“That Decree happened from one day to the next, they didn’t even give us the opportunity to prepare,” said Rodríguez Caro, “all the files are gone, all 10,000, so how are they going to be processed? With what numbers are they going to be processed?” left? That is a void they leave us, and without reason, because here in Torreón there is better infrastructure and more files than in Saltillo, so the best decision, really logical and coherent, would have been to disappear Saltillo.
